Player's Fitness & Performance (PFP) offers a mid-day fitness program designed just for homeschoolers! Running from May 12th to June 20th, this program helps kids build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a positive and encouraging environment. Kids are grouped by age (8–11 and 12+), with sessions running simultaneously. Families can choose one or two sessions per week, with flexible time slots offered Monday through Friday. Held at “the most positive gym on the planet,” PFP’s homeschool program is the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and uplifting community. Serenity Swimming offers high-quality private swim lessons for children and adults, focused on safety, confidence, and individual progress. Lessons are customized to each swimmer’s needs, allowing for faster skill development and a strong connection with the instructor. Owned and operated by Jenni, Serenity Swimming is proud to employ experienced instructors who create a fun, supportive environment. Whether your swimmer is overcoming fear or advancing quickly, we meet them where they are—with encouragement every step of the way. Come make a splash with us!

Skate Frederick’s Learn To Skate program offers a structured and supportive environment for participants of all ages to learn the fundamentals of ice skating! Pre-registration is required for all classes, as they tend to fill quickly (complete online, by phone, or in person at our Pro Zone). Each session consists of a 25 min lesson once per week with a 5 min question and answer for parents with an instructor. Students are enrolled in the LTS USA Skills Program and will receive a LTS USA Skills Record Book. Participants will also receive complimentary rental skates for use during each lesson and be provided with a complimentary public skate pass card which allows them to practice during any Public Session!

Homeschool skate times will be available starting towards the end of October.

The homeschool membership is a non peak hours program designed for homeschool families to utilize the gym during our slower hours of the day at a discounted rate. membership additionally gains each individual one class with a coach per week.
