Join Withers Wool for a variety of fiber arts classes including Beginning Spinning, Beginning Crochet, Painting with Wool, Beginning Knitting, and 3D needle felting. Information on each class is on the website on the Classes and Workshops tab. Age requirements are not listed; however, children under the age of 10 could struggle with various classes. Home school groups may reach out for group tours which would include a farm tour, interacting with the animals, talking about fiber production from shearing to making a garment. Small craft set ups are possible for homeschool groups on a farm visit if discussed ahead of time. Previous crafts have included felting soap, felted ornaments/shapes, and making coasters.
